By creating an account or using the Mosaic app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mosaic. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Mosaic.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@mosaic-anchor.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Recordings Are Yours: You retain ownership of all audio and video recordings you create in Mosaic.
License to Us: By uploading recordings, you grant Mosaic Anchor LLC a limited license to store and display your recordings to members of your designated family circle only. We do not use your recordings for any other purpose, and we do not use them to train AI models.
AI-Generated Prompts: Mosaic uses artificial intelligence to generate the writing and recording prompts you see in the app. The prompts are suggestions only; the recordings you create in response remain yours.
Your Responsibility: You agree not to record or upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates the rights of others.
Recordings and profile information you share are visible to all members of your family circle. You are responsible for who you invite to your circle.
During the beta period, Mosaic is provided free of charge. Future versions may require a paid subscription. We will provide advance notice before any billing begins.
You may delete your account at any time through Profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Deleted account data is permanently removed within 14 days.
Mosaic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Anchor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
